BLAKE Shelton has appeared during New Year's Eve: Nashville's Big Bash for a performance.
The 47-year-old got on stage with Trace Adkins, 61, to perform Hillbilly Bone - a song they sang together back in 2011.

They also performed the song Hell Right by Blake, which also featured Trace.
Blake was sporting a very casual outfit made of a crisp black button-up shirt and dark jeans.
Trace's outfit matched The Voice coach's nicely.
He was wearing dark jeans, a black T-shirt, an open black button-up, and a black cowboy hat.

The country singers performed close together like two old friends during their performance in front of an audience.
While some fans were thrilled to see the duo perform together again no matter what the situation was, others were furious it was pre-recorded despite heavily being advertised as a live show.
NOT SO LIVELY
Critics on X, formerly known as Twitter, were quick to point out that Blake's 'live' performance was prerecorded.
Although it was recorded before New Year's Eve, Blake and Trace still sang in front of a live audience during the performance.

One fan keenly pointed out that Blake was also due to perform at WinStar World Casino and Resort on New Year's Eve.
The resort is situated between Oklahoma and Texas, quite a few hours away from Nashville.
One critic said: "How’s Blake Shelton 'live' in Nashville for #CBSNashvilleNYE when he’s about to go on stage at @WinStarWorld in 5min?
"He must have one fast-a** tour bus!"
Another user replied: "Some of the performances are pre-recorded but were live when tapped."
"#CBSNashvilleNYE WTF is this? Thomas Rhett and Blake Shelton sound like absolute a**.
"This is an embarrassment to country music," commented a third.
A fan said: "Big fan of Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins.
"Their duet 'Hell Right' however, is one of the dumbest songs I’ve ever heard."
AWAY FROM GWEN
The couple was forced to ring in the New Year in different time zones due to their opposing work schedules.
Gwen revealed the heartbreaking news during an interview with Access Hollywood.
She also explained why they wouldn't be kissing at the stroke of midnight.
"Well, it's funny because I was going to be at his show, and then Vegas called and wanted me to be in Vegas," the pop singer said.
Meanwhile, Blake was scheduled to perform at WinStar World Casino hours away from Las Vegas.
"Last year I did Vegas and I was like, 'Remind me to never do Vegas again.' [But] you sometimes want to... not be the host.

"So I was like, 'Eh, I'm gonna do it.' If you're gonna be working then I'm gonna be working.
"So, I'm just gonna fly in and out it's gonna be awesome. I'm really looking forward to it," Gwen concluded.
